The AA122 Archangel OPFOR® AK-series forend is designed for all short forend AK?s. Comprising four (4) pieces: a lower hand-guard two (2) upper hand-guards (one with integral 12-o?clock Picatinny rail) and an internal heat-shield; the hand-guards are molded from a proprietary carbon-fiber filled polymer. The lower hand-guard has a comfortable swell and is grooved for grip-control; the upper hand-guards are aggressively grooved allowing a firm grip by the off-hand.
